Kevin Davis

Audio Video Engineer

I was born in Montgomery Alabama. Since birth I've traveled the world before finally moving to Colorado Springs Colorado where my father retired from the military. After joining Israelite COGIC I grew a passion for music, sound, instruments, and technology. At the age of 15 I volunteered to become a part of the Israelite Media Team to help out whenever needed. Since then I've gained more and more of an understanding of the importance of all four elements( music, sound, instruments, and technology) and how they work together to help daily service run without interruption or distraction. Upon given the chance to work full-time at the age of 18 I took the opportunity to continue working with the very things i was passionate about. I've been working at Decision Time Enterprises for 7 years.

Earnest Dunn

Media Outreach Manager

I am a native of Colorado and a music lover. Since the age of 12, I have been developing my gift as a musician by playing the piano and organ. I accepted Christ at the age of 17 while in Monterey, California. Eventually, I accepted my call into the ministry and am now an Ordained Elder with the Church of God in Christ. In addition to music, I developed a love for media while in college through various marketing classes, projects and work-study assignments. After too long, I received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Computer Information Systems at the University of Southern Colorado. With that education, I interned through the INROADS program and worked full-time at MCI as a Systems Analyst. Now, I have been working full-time at the Israelite Church for ten years as the Media Outreach and Ministries Manager. I have been married for seven years to Dorcia Dunn and have two children, Geoffrey and Emminance.

Vickie Rhodes

Administrative Assistant

While growing up in Chicago, I always knew I wanted to settle down and live somewhere a little less hectic than the ‘big city’. So, at the early age of 21, I got married and left Chicago to be an Army wife and mother. While my husband served in the military, we had four sons, Marcus, Brandon, Phillip and Jordan.  Now when you’re an Army spouse, you are usually stuck with finding whatever job you can at the duty station your spouse is sent to. So, during the next 14 years of duty stations which included two 4 year tours in Germany, I mostly found employment in some form of administrative and/or finance work. Who knew that by being exposed to the various positions throughout this time that God was preparing me for a work later in Colorado Springs within the Israelite Church of God in Christ.  Within the ministry, I currently serve in the Greater Israelite Choir and as a Departmental Sunday School Superintendent and for the past five years, I have worked as the Administrative Assistant for Decision Time Enterprises; a ministry of Israelite.

Lisa Davis

Web Administrator

I was born in Frankfurt Germany into a military family. I was primarily raised in Fountain Colorado where I met and Married my husband Gene Davis who was also in the military. After many years of traveling and raising our four children, Gene, Annette, Tiffany and Yvonne, we chose to move back to Colorado and make it our home. I have always found technology interesting, so when given the opportunity to return to school I wanted to learn every and anything I could about computers. I received an Associates Degree in Network Systems Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Technical Management. I not only wanted to find a job where I could use the knowledge I had gained in school, I also desired to work for a company that made a difference in the lives of others. I joined the Decision Time team over three years ago where I continue to learn and be challenged as well as help spread the gospel throughout the world.
